About the department

Distributor Markets covers approximately 65 markets across Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle-East and Latin America, where Coloplast is represented through distributors. This is one of the most vibrant and diverse sales regions, featuring long-term business partners and newly established markets with high growth expectations.

Distributor Markets Operations team, to which we are hiring, cooperates globally with multiple internal and external stakeholders to provide timely product deliveries and operational support to Coloplast’s customers.

 

About the job

In this role, you’ll work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure data accuracy across systems and dashboards. The job is located in Szczecin, Poland, with a close relation to HQ in Denmark on daily basis. You’ll be responsible for transforming raw sales data into actionable insights and supporting the business with timely reporting. 

This position is offered as an 15-18-month maternity cover, with the potential for extension depending on future business needs.

 

Your responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations) and external emerging markets distributors to gather monthly sales and performance data
  • Validate, clean, and transform data using Excel and Power Query to feed dashboards and reports
  • Support the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and workspaces
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and uncover patterns in performance data
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reporting tools and sources
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting processes and data quality
  • Learn and apply best practices in data modeling and dashboard design
  • CRM support and administration
Requirements 
  • Power BI knowledge: DAX, M language, Power BI data modeling along with navigating dashboards, updating datasets, managing workspaces and users
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, data transformation)
  • Experience with Power Query
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a curiosity for finding patterns in data
  • Eagerness to learn more about data modeling and business intelligence tools
  • Good communication and collaboration skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams across the world
  • Organized and able to manage recurring tasks as well as ad hoc requests
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Experience working with sales and stock data or distributors
  • Knowledge of business performance metrics (sales KPIs, forecasts, etc.)
  • Accounting or financial background would be an asset
