HR Manager
Job location: Łozienica
Job purpose:
  • To oversee and administer Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a site, ensuring all aspects of HR align with overall business strategies.
  • Act as Business Partner for Local Management Team.
  • Execute locally HR Agenda for the site in line with the HR Strategy of the Group /Region. Meet and exceed HR KPI’s and targets defined for the country.

Responsibilities:

  • Close cooperation with the management team in delivery of short and long-term business objectives
  • Leading effective recruitment processes and implementing talent acquisition strategy for permanent and temporary employment
  • Monitoring the market and legislation and adjusting company offer accordingly
  • Change management
  • Supporting internal policies and actions related to compensations and benefits
  • Supporting managers in personnel labor law issues
  • Managing local HR projects and participation in international projects
  • Cooperating with the management team in planning and controlling the personnel budget
  • Preparing local training and education plans
