About the department
The job is located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin, Poland. HR & Admin department consists of 17 great colleagues providing a variety of HR services and administration support to the whole CPBC organization. Our scope covers wide HR support, recruitment, EB, Learning & Development, Facility & Front Desk Coordination.
HR Team Leader will be responsible for the area of HR Administration, Front Desk and Learning & Development (6-person team).
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting HR Director and HR Business Partners in implementing changes in the organization, conducting HR projects and representing the HR department inside and outside the company
- Coordinating and managing the work of the HR Admin team, Front Desk and Learning & Development Specialist
- Operational and substantive support for the team in the area of HR and payroll (including employee benefits, salaries, benefits program, and regulations and labor law)
- Preparation of employee documentation (including new employment/termination paperwork)
- Planning the training budget and assessing training needs within the organization
- Conducting training in labor law
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Optimization and automation of HR processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to current HR processes
- Analysis and presentation of HR data for the board and management staff
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in leading a team
- University degree, preferable in business management, HR, labor law, psychology, economics, finance
- Solid knowledge of labor law
- Very good command of English
- Good knowledge and practice in using MS Office, MS Excel
- Experience working with SAP will be an advantage
- Data-driven mindset
- Highly organized with ability to plan, delegate priorities and multitask high volumes of daily service/ work requests
- Proactive and practical approach to problem solving and ability to identify areas for improvements in processes, services and team ways of working
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment
- Last but not least…good sense of humor and leading with empathy approach
